Hey Vincent,
Glad to hear the Tiger flew so well on it’s maiden voyage. I think you are on the right track moving the CG back a little bit for a test flight to see if it improves performance....

I too would have trimmed the canopy too soon and would have probably drilled and screwed the plastic to the frame...

For applying overlay trim, I do not think there is a better way. I do the same thing except - I usually use my TopFlight trim iron and it does not have a variable heat setting. Either High or Low and...

Was the kit missing ribs or is that because you changed rib spacing and needed extra. Sure is sad to read so many things messed up in these kits. I realize they are not "high dollar" kits....
