If you do get to the Beetle is it possible to design one for a side exhaust engine so the pipe can go down the side of the fuse. Would be way easier to setup for retracts and could leave the pipe on...

I read that your asking how to join the 2 fuse halfs not the mold half's. Is that right?

If that's your question good luck on getting a detailed answer as that's the most important part...
