I bought my R54 used back in 2007. I have no clue...

I bought my R54 used back in 2007. I have no clue how many flights this is equal to, in the time I have had it I have timed out the turbine twice. This is about 55 hours of run time.

Set 1 is out of 3/16 and made the same as the stock gear except the coil is bigger diameter to give it a bit more spring action.

Set 2 is made from 7/32 wire...

I just looked at the pics again, it is old enough that it still has the 72Mhz antenna sticking straight up out of the front of the fuse...... so it is before 2.4Ghz. There is still the grommeted hole...

Don't forget to cut out the covering on the top of the fuse and top and bottom of H stab before gluing on. It sucks when the V stab falls off in the air. Don't ask how I know this.....
